E-3 Visa Marketing Associate Jobs
Marketing Associate roles in the U.S. qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so Australian professionals can apply as soon as they have a job offer and a certified Labor Condition Application from their employer.

INTRODUCTION
Reejig is the Work Operating System for the AI powered enterprise. We give companies a complete, validated view of their work by mapping every role, task, skill, and workflow. With this intelligence, we redesign how work should flow, surface where automation creates the highest leverage, and recommend the right AI agents for the enterprise. Every change is measured and tied to real operational and workforce impact. Inside Reejig, we build the same future we sell. We are developing our own AI powered workforce that supports our teams and our customers. This is a place for builders who want to help define how work will operate in the AI era.
THE ROLE
This role owns three things that sit at the heart of how Reejig shows up in the world: our community, our online events, and our face-to-face experiences. Together they are the motions that turn an audience into a movement, and the channels through which our most important customer and prospect relationships get built. You are not executing someone else's playbook. You are helping write ours.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Community
- Our builder community. We are building a home for the people reinventing work with AI. You will help shape how it runs — the membership, the rhythms, the moments that bring people in and keep them close. More on this during the interview process.
- Our customer community. Our enterprise customers are doing extraordinary work on Reejig. You will create the formats — peer councils, practitioner calls, private channels — that let them learn from each other and go deeper on the platform.
- Course alumni. Every Work Architect and Transformation Architect graduate is a champion in the making. You will own the engagement model that keeps them close, advocating, and referenceable.
Online events
- Webinars and live sessions. Roundtables, AMAs, masterclasses, and live customer conversations. You will own the calendar, the run-of-show, and the attendee experience end to end.
- Digital cohorts and course sessions. The live components of our Work Architect and Transformation Architect courses. You will run the logistics and production.
- Repeatable formats. You will turn one-off sessions into repeatable programmes that compound over time.
Face-to-face experiences
- Executive dinners and salons. Small-format, high-trust gatherings in NYC, London, and other key markets. You will own the full lifecycle: target list in partnership with sales and ABM, invites, venue, run-of-show, follow-up.
- Industry conferences. Where Reejig shows up, we show up distinctively. You will own our presence — pre-event outreach, on-site experience, executive roundtables around the main event, post-event pipeline handoff.
- Flagship gatherings. The larger moments — a customer summit, a builder event, a course graduation — that bring the community together in person.
Operating rhythm
- 12-month calendar. Own the roadmap across community, online, and in-person in partnership with ABM and sales.
- Budget and vendor management. Venues, production, catering, on-site staffing, platforms. You will get more ambitious than your budget should allow.
- Measurement. Every event and community motion ties to a clear outcome — pipeline, community depth, retention. You will own the attribution loop.
What good looks like at 90 days
- A 12-month calendar is live across community, online events, and face-to-face.
- You have delivered at least one flagship executive experience end to end.
- A community plan is drafted and aligned with the VP Marketing and CEO.
- Every event has a clear attribution model and a post-event motion with sales.
- You have built relationships with the key agencies, venues, and vendors we rely on in NYC and London.
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years in events, community, or field marketing — ideally B2B SaaS, enterprise AI, or a high-growth startup.
- You have run an event end to end and you know what it takes — logistics, stakeholders, judgement calls under pressure.
- You understand that the value of an enterprise event is in the conversations it creates and the relationships it builds.
- Comfortable with senior executive audiences and thoughtful about how to design experiences that feel worth their time.
- You think in systems and build repeatable motions, rather than chasing one-off moments.
- Highly organised across multiple events, markets, and stakeholders.
- Bonus: community-building experience (user groups, practitioner communities, course alumni), or international event experience.
WHAT YOU WILL NOT BE DOING
- Running events for the sake of running events. Every event ties to pipeline or community depth.
- Managing a swag budget as your main contribution.
- Executing someone else's vision. You will help shape ours.
- Building a community that looks like every other SaaS community. Ours is different because the category is different.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Reejig is at a point of real inflection. We are building a company that will reshape how organisations operate in the AI era. The people who join now are not stepping into a role, they are stepping into a chance to build something with scale and long term impact. If you want work that changes your career and creates meaningful equity upside, this is the moment.

Align your degree to the role description
Your Australian bachelor's degree needs to match the specific field the job requires. A marketing or communications degree supports most Marketing Associate roles, but a general business degree may not if the employer lists a specific discipline as required.
Target employers with existing LCA filing history
Search the DOL's public LCA disclosure data to find employers who have previously certified Labor Condition Applications for marketing roles. Past filings signal the employer already understands the E-3 process and won't need convincing.
Prepare a credential equivalency letter early
Australian three-year bachelor's degrees are generally accepted as equivalent to U.S. four-year degrees for E-3 purposes, but some consular officers ask for written confirmation. A credential evaluation letter from a recognized evaluator removes that uncertainty before your interview.
Request LCA filing before your start date is finalised
The employer must file and receive a certified LCA from DOL before you can submit your DS-160 or attend your consulate appointment. Build at least three weeks of LCA processing time into your negotiated start date to avoid delays.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for end-to-end support
Once you have an offer, use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle the LCA, visa paperwork, and consulate preparation. This is especially useful if your employer has never sponsored an E-3 before and isn't familiar with the DOL certification steps.
Clarify job duties match specialty occupation standards
A Marketing Associate role qualifies as a specialty occupation when it requires applying theoretical marketing knowledge, not just executing tasks. If your offer letter describes routine clerical duties, ask your employer to revise it to reflect the analytical and strategic nature of the work.

Find Marketing Associate JobsMarketing Associate E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Marketing Associate jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to search Marketing Associate roles filtered by E-3 sponsorship. Most general job boards don't let you filter by visa type, so you end up manually screening roles. Migrate Mate surfaces employers with E-3 filing history so you can focus on opportunities where sponsorship is already part of the hiring process.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Marketing Associate role qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Yes, if the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field like marketing, communications, or business. The key is that the degree requirement must be a real condition of the role, not just a preference. If the job description says 'bachelor's preferred,' that can undermine your application. Roles involving market research, campaign strategy, or brand analytics are strongest.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Marketing Associate roles?
The E-3 has no lottery and no annual cap, so you can apply any time you have a qualifying offer. The H-1B is capped at 85,000 per year and requires lottery selection, which for recent years has meant roughly a one-in-four chance. For Australian marketing professionals, the E-3 is a direct path that doesn't depend on luck.
Can I change employers while on an E-3 as a Marketing Associate?
Yes, but you need a new LCA certified by the DOL and a new E-3 visa stamp before starting with the new employer. Unlike the H-1B, there's no portability rule that lets you start working immediately after filing. Plan for at least three to six weeks of processing time when negotiating your start date with a new employer.
