ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conversant in the full spectrum of technology and business systems
- Responsible for win rates, value monetization, and NPS
- People management and mentoring
- Responsible for working with business to understand the key drivers of transformation, and for helping us build an overall roadmap to deliver value to our clients
- Identify and tackle customer and industry problems
- Generate business impact for our clients through articulation of technology strategy during deals, and creation of market-facing collaterals that reflect cutting edge thinking in products and services
- Ability and ownership to build tailor-made, technology-driven BPM solutions
- To be able to design a full end-to-end solution specific to client needs - should understand how process, technology, analytics, and AI can be shown to address client needs
- Partner with best of breed technology vendors to launch new service offerings
- Understand the role of User Experience in the overall transformation success story
- Get along with analysts and establish Genpact as a global leader in Insurance services
