E-3 Visa Strategy Jobs
Strategy roles in the U.S. qualify for E-3 visa sponsorship when the position requires a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. Australian professionals in corporate strategy, management consulting, or business development can secure indefinitely renewable two-year E-3 status without entering the H-1B lottery.

Company Description

We’re a team of engineers, clinicians, and innovators united by one purpose: to make surgery smarter, safer, and more human. Every day, our work helps care teams perform with greater precision and patients recover faster, improving outcomes around the world.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Strategy
Align your degree to the role
Your E-3 application lives or dies on degree-to-role fit. A strategy position requires a directly relevant qualification, such as business, economics, finance, or management. A general arts degree won't hold up if the LCA cites a specialist field.
Raise E-3 sponsorship before the offer stage
Strategy roles often move fast from final interview to offer. Bring up E-3 sponsorship during the negotiation call, not after signing. Explaining that there's no lottery and no cap removes the hesitation most U.S. hiring managers have about work visa timelines.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service for the LCA
The LCA must be DOL-certified before you can attend your consulate interview. Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to handle your LCA and visa paperwork so your employer isn't managing a government compliance process they've never dealt with before.
Prepare a specialty occupation evidence file
Strategy titles like 'Senior Analyst' or 'Business Development Manager' can look generalist to a consular officer. Assemble your position description, your degree transcript, and any professional certifications before your interview to demonstrate the role's specialty occupation requirement.
Confirm your employer understands the LCA wage requirement
The LCA locks your employer into paying at least the DOL prevailing wage for your role and location. If your offer is below that threshold, USCIS will reject the petition. Confirm the offered salary clears the prevailing wage before the offer letter is drafted.

Find Strategy JobsStrategy E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Strategy jobs that offer E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces U.S. Strategy roles at employers with verified E-3 and H-1B sponsorship history, so you're not cold-applying to companies that have never processed a work visa. Filter by role type and location to find positions where sponsorship is already part of the hiring process.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Do Strategy roles qualify as a specialty occupation for the E-3?
Most mid-to-senior Strategy roles do qualify, provided the position genuinely requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field like business, economics, finance, or a related discipline. Roles with vague titles such as 'Strategy Coordinator' can attract scrutiny if the job description doesn't clearly require a relevant degree. The stronger the academic and professional alignment in the LCA, the cleaner the consulate review.
How does the E-3 compare to the H-1B for Strategy professionals?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no numerical cap, so an Australian strategy professional with a valid job offer can file any time of year without competing for a slot. H-1B registrations for the same roles are capped at 85,000 per year and selected by random draw. The E-3 approval timeline from LCA filing to consulate interview is typically faster than an H-1B petition cycle.
Can I change Strategy employers while on an E-3 visa?
Yes, but you need a new LCA and visa before you start with the new employer. The E-3 is employer-specific, so your current visa doesn't transfer. If you're already in the U.S., some professionals apply for a change of status rather than returning to Australia for a new consulate interview, though consular processing in Australia is the more common and straightforward path for E-3 holders.
