Who We Are
Serval is an AI-native automation platform transforming how enterprises operate. We build intelligent agents that understand real-world workflows and execute them end-to-end — replacing manual processes and rigid legacy systems with adaptive, learning software. Founded in early 2024, Serval is already trusted by companies like Fox, Notion, Perplexity, Vercel, Mercor, LangChain, and Verkada to automate high-volume, high-friction operational work across their organizations.
At the core of Serval is an agentic AI platform that turns natural language into production-grade workflows. Our agents don’t just respond to requests — they reason, take action across systems, and continuously improve with usage. What began with operational use cases has quickly evolved into a horizontal AI automation layer used across IT, HR, Finance, Security, Legal, and Engineering.
Our mission is to eliminate repetitive, manual work across the enterprise and give teams leverage through intelligent automation. Long term, we’re building the universal AI operations layer — a system of agents that sits across business functions and runs the workflows that keep modern companies moving.
We’re backed by leading investors including Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures, Meritech, First Round, General Catalyst, Elad Gil, and others, and founded by product and engineering leaders from Verkada.
The Mission
Some of the most important opportunities in our market don’t come from traditional outbound or inbound motions — they come from trust.
We’re building a new go-to-market motion centered around our highest-leverage relationships, and we’re looking for someone to turn that into a repeatable, scalable engine.
This is a zero-to-one role. You’ll work directly with the COO and GTM leadership to define how we identify, activate, and convert these relationships into real pipeline and revenue.
Done well, this becomes one of the most important growth drivers at the company.
Who You Are
- A relationship-native operator. You understand how to turn “happy to help” into real outcomes.
- A builder. You don’t wait for playbooks. You lean in and create them, test them, and evolve them quickly.
- Commercially sharp. You know where to focus attention to drive actual deals, not just activity.
- High ownership, high slope. You move fast, learn fast, and raise the bar around you.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Define and build a new GTM motion focused on activating high-value relationships
- Identify where the highest-leverage opportunities exist and prioritize accordingly
- Design systems and processes that turn introductions and access into pipeline
- Own ongoing engagement with key external stakeholders and make it easy for them to drive impact
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure tight execution and follow-through
- Build visibility into performance and continuously improve the motion over time
- Collaborate with Field Marketing on strategic, high-impact moments that accelerate deal cycles
What You’ll Need
- 3–5 years in investing, strategy, or a relationship-heavy role within tech
- Strong intuition for how deals actually get done
- Experience owning outcomes across multiple stakeholders
- Comfort with modern GTM tools (Salesforce, etc.) and a willingness to build
- Excellent communication — you can operate effectively with executives internally and externally
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) SF or NY
What We Offer
- Impact: Be a key player in shaping the success of our product and company.
- Growth: Build a fundamentally new AI product offering with the support of our experienced team and investors. Grow rapidly with the company.
- Culture: Join a culture that values innovation, ownership, accountability, and fun.
Compensation Range: $110K - $210K

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding E-3 Visa Sponsorship as a Strategy Operations Manager
Frame your credentials for U.S. specialty occupation
Australian three-year bachelor's degrees are generally accepted as equivalent to U.S. four-year degrees, but your transcript and any postgraduate qualifications should clearly show coursework directly relevant to strategy or operations management to satisfy the E-3 specialty occupation requirement.
Target employers with active LCA filing history
Search DOL's OFLC disclosure data for companies that have filed Labor Condition Applications for operations or strategy titles. Employers who have filed before understand the process and are far less likely to withdraw an offer over E-3 paperwork concerns.
Clarify the E-3 versus H-1B distinction early
Many U.S. hiring managers assume all work visas involve the H-1B lottery. Address this in early conversations by explaining the E-3 is cap-free and lottery-free, which removes the biggest employer-side objection before it becomes a reason to pass on your candidacy.
Confirm your offer letter specifies degree requirements
The LCA and visa application both require the role to demand a specific bachelor's degree or higher. Before your employer files with DOL, verify the offer letter and job description explicitly state a degree requirement in a relevant field, not just a preference.
Use Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service to streamline your application
Once you have an offer, Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service manages LCA certification through DOL, prepares your visa application documents, and gets you ready for your consulate appointment, so filing errors don't delay your start date.
Time your consulate appointment around your start date
E-3 consular processing in Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth typically takes two to four weeks once your LCA is certified. Build that window into your negotiated start date so your employer isn't waiting on a delayed appointment before you can begin.

Find Strategy Operations Manager JobsStrategy Operations Manager E-3 Visa: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I find Strategy Operations Manager jobs with E-3 visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. It surfaces Strategy Operations Manager roles at employers with demonstrated E-3 and work visa sponsorship history, so you're not cold-applying to companies unfamiliar with the process. Filtering by role and visa type gives you a targeted list rather than a general job board result that mixes sponsored and non-sponsored listings.
How much does it cost to get an E-3 visa?
Migrate Mate's E-3 filing service covers the entire process for $499, including the Labor Condition Application, visa document preparation, and consulate appointment guidance. Traditional immigration lawyers charge $2,000–$5,000+ for the same work. The E-3 has less paperwork than most work visas, so paying thousands for legal help is usually unnecessary.
Does a Strategy Operations Manager role qualify as an E-3 specialty occupation?
Yes, provided the position requires at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field such as business administration, management, economics, or operations. The key is that the degree requirement must be specific to the role. Generic postings that list any degree as acceptable can create problems at the LCA stage, so the job description should specify the relevant field.
How does the E-3 visa compare to the H-1B for Strategy Operations Manager roles?
The E-3 has no annual lottery and no numerical cap, meaning your employer can file at any time of year and approval isn't subject to random selection. The H-1B cap-subject process runs once per year with a lottery. For a Strategy Operations Manager with an active offer, the E-3 eliminates the waiting period and lottery risk that makes H-1B sponsorship unpredictable for both sides.
What happens to my E-3 status if I change employers or get promoted to a different role?
Each new employer must file a fresh LCA with DOL and you'll need a new E-3 visa reflecting the new role and employer. An internal promotion to a materially different position title or responsibilities also requires a new LCA. You can remain in valid E-3 status while the new application is processed, but you can't start work for the new employer until the new visa is issued.
