About Nani
At Nani, we believe confidence grows when women feel comfortable, capable, and ready for whatever adventure comes next. As a women-owned brand, we're passionate about creating thoughtfully designed swimwear and activewear that empowers women to get outside, try new things, and live fully.
We're also committed to building that same experience for our team. Nani is a fast-growing company where creativity, collaboration, and positivity thrive. We work hard, support each other, celebrate wins, and genuinely enjoy what we do. If you're looking for meaningful work, opportunities to grow, and a team that values both excellence and fun, we'd love to meet you.
Position Overview
Nani is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to own NaniSwimwear.com as a sales channel. This role is accountable for the site's performance, merchandising, accuracy, and overall customer experience, and blends the instincts of a merchant, salesperson, analyst, and website operator.
The right person treats the website like their own store: they know what's selling, what isn't, where customers are dropping off, and what needs to change next. Rather than waiting for direction from Marketing, this person proactively identifies opportunities, recommends changes, and measures the results — using Shopify and ecommerce data to turn traffic and inventory into profitable sales
Key Responsibilities
DTC Revenue & Performance
- Own ecommerce performance and achievement of Nani's DTC revenue goals.
- Develop and execute onsite strategies that increase sales, conversion, and customer value.
- Monitor sales performance against goals and prior-year results, and proactively address performance gaps.
- Partner closely with Marketing to ensure traffic-generating campaigns translate into website revenue.
Conversion Rate & Average Order Value (AOV)
- Own and continually improve website conversion rate and average order value.
- Analyze the customer journey to identify friction, drop-off points, and conversion opportunities.
- Optimize product pages, collection pages, landing pages, navigation, search, merchandising, promotions, and checkout.
- Identify cross-sell, upsell, bundle, and threshold promotion opportunities to grow basket size.
- Monitor mobile conversion separately and ensure an exceptional mobile shopping experience.
Site Merchandising & Inventory Productivity
- Own digital merchandising across NaniSwimwear.com, including the homepage, navigation, collections, search results, and product recommendations.
- Merchandise strategically based on sales performance, inventory, seasonality, and business priorities, ensuring best sellers and key categories get appropriate visibility.
- Use sales and inventory data — weeks of supply, sell-through, sales velocity, and aging inventory — to guide merchandising decisions.
- Adjust placement, promotions, and product visibility to move slower-selling inventory and maximize sell-through.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to communicate inventory opportunities and risks.
Website Accuracy & Customer Experience
- Own the day-to-day health and accuracy of NaniSwimwear.com, including pricing, promotions, product information, inventory availability, imagery, and content.
- Monitor the site for broken functionality, errors, and customer friction; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with developers or technology partners as needed.
- Maintain a polished, intuitive, on-brand shopping experience across desktop and mobile.
Product Launches & Promotional Execution
- Own ecommerce execution for all product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and major sales events.
- Build and manage the ecommerce launch calendar in coordination with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Operations.
- Ensure products, pricing, promotions, landing pages, and content are accurate and launch-ready; conduct pre-launch testing and QA.
- Monitor launch performance in real time, make merchandising adjustments as needed, and conduct post-launch analysis to inform future launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of ecommerce management experience, ideally in DTC apparel, swim, or consumer goods.
- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify storefront (Shopify Plus preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using ecommerce and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to guide decisions.
- Demonstrated success improving conversion rate, AOV, and revenue for an ecommerce site.
- Experience with digital merchandising and using sales and inventory data to inform strategy.
- Comfortable managing multiple product launches, promotions, and deadlines at once.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Marketing, Product, and Operations.
- An ownership mindset — proactive, data-driven, and quick to turn insight into action rather than waiting for direction.
Why Nani?
At Nani, we're more than a swimwear and apparel brand; we're a team of passionate people who believe in confidence, adventure, and showing up for one another. We work hard, celebrate wins, support growth, and create products that help women feel comfortable and capable in every season of life.

Ecommerce Jobs in Utah: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a ecommerce in Utah?
Ecommerce roles in Utah do not require a state-issued license, so the path typically starts with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or information systems, though some roles accept equivalent experience in lieu of formal education. Utah employers, especially those in the Silicon Slopes corridor around Lehi and Provo, place strong weight on hands-on platform experience, a portfolio of measurable results, and familiarity with tools like Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Which companies hire ecommerces in Utah?
Companies currently hiring ecommerces in Utah include Pattern, pura, and Lakanto, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Utah's concentration of direct-to-consumer brands and retail tech firms in the Salt Lake City and Utah County areas means ecommerce roles appear across a wide range of company sizes, from well-funded startups to national retailers with Utah headquarters.
Which Utah cities have the most ecommerce jobs?
The most ecommerce openings in Utah are concentrated in Lehi, Orem, and Ogden. Salt Lake City draws the largest share because of its established retail and technology employer base, while Lehi and Provo benefit from the Silicon Slopes tech cluster, which has attracted numerous direct-to-consumer and software-driven commerce companies that staff dedicated ecommerce teams locally.
Are there remote ecommerce jobs in Utah?
Yes, and more than most fields. About 62% of ecommerce openings tied to Utah are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting how much of the work centers on digital platforms, data analysis, and campaign management that can be done anywhere. Roles focused on content, marketplace management, and paid media tend to be the most consistently available in remote or hybrid formats.
How can I get hired as a ecommerce in Utah with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through a coordinator or associate role at one of Utah's direct-to-consumer brands or retail tech companies, many of which hire candidates transitioning from digital marketing, customer service, or merchandising backgrounds. Employers in the Lehi and Provo corridor frequently post entry-level ecommerce positions that prioritize platform familiarity and analytical thinking over years of experience. Building a portfolio with personal projects or freelance work, and earning a recognized platform certification such as those offered by Google or Shopify, gives candidates a meaningful edge with Utah hiring managers.
Where can I find and apply to ecommerce jobs in Utah?
You can find and apply to ecommerce jobs in Utah on Migrate Mate, which lists current Utah openings across industries and experience levels. Search the listings to find roles that match your background and apply directly to the ones that fit.
