- Troubleshoot and resolve all issues with products within WMS
- Maintain and identify gaps/upgrades with converter as it pertains to the WMS uploads
- Ability to make back-end changes/edits in WMS, fishbowl, via SQL
- Lead process improvement processes through use of tools, education, and training to increase awareness among staff members, vendors, and the community.
- BS/BA in Business or related field, or combination of education or experience with emphasis in eCommerce is preferred or related experience in eCommerce and promotional product industry experience
