- Lead and oversee all operational functions for the JCPL Program Team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Five (5) or more years of operations experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities.

- Experience with SharePoint administration and document management.
- Experience with JIRA, Service Now, and Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience or Interest in supporting or administering RPA platforms and automation initiatives is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
