JOB DESCRIPTION
Rove is one of the fastest-growing premium cannabis brands in the nation. We use only the highest-quality products to create our line of proprietary cannabis products that taste great and are created with our customers in mind.
Rove is seeking a vibrant, hungry, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our growing Field Marketing Representative program, based near Traverse City, MI.
Field Marketing Representatives work on a part-time, W-2 basis, based on availability, typically traveling within a 100–200 mile radius of their home. Field Marketing Representatives are expected to work up to 31 hours per week.

As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be the face of our brand to our valued customers and in-market strategic partners. By educating customers about our brands and products, you will have the opportunity to get your foot in the door of the cannabis industry in Michigan and gain valuable sales and marketing experience by attending industry events, networking with industry leaders, and using your charm and personality to represent Rove throughout Michigan.
The best-qualified candidates will have an outgoing personality, share a genuine interest in Rove's strains and products, and be willing to be coached by Rove's Sales & Marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Account Executive/Manager to develop customer success strategies to drive sales and growth within existing accounts.
- Successfully execute vendor days by promoting and educating customers and users about Rove products, Rove's company ethos, services, pricing, and events.
- Make recommendations to dispensaries and other retailers to improve promotional activities and ensure brand integrity.
- Maintain and take care of product event kits, marketing materials, and visual merchandising.
- Learn and perform inventory counts at dispensaries and other customers carrying Rove products.
- Be the face of the brand and effectively communicate Rove's core values and mission.
- Foster long-term relationships with dispensary staff and retail buyers.
- Manage and address customer needs and issues.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of all activity.
- Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise regarding Rove products.
- Learn on the fly and proactively educate yourself about Rove's products in order to effectively share product knowledge with customers.
- Be a role model for Rove's values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, and accountability.
- Maintain availability to work evenings and weekends, which is critical for this position.
- Lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 21 years of age or older.

- Ability to work independently with strong follow-through.

- Ability to work evenings and weekends is critical.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to customers daily.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
