If you love being on the floor, know how to grow a social following, and can turn a conversation into a sale, this is for you.
The Role
You will own in-store marketing for your territory. Most of your week is spent inside dispensaries running pop-ups, meeting customers, building relationships with budtenders, and creating social content. You are the reason a customer tries our product, follows us online, and comes back for more. You will be cross-trained on both of our brands and represent one brand at a time at each event.

- Customer engagement. Talk to customers on the floor, share the product, and guide them to a purchase.
- Swag. Hand out branded swag to start conversations and reward purchases.
- Budtender relationships. Build strong relationships with budtenders so they recommend our products when you are not there.
- Social media. Own day-to-day social media for your territory: capture content, post consistently, and grow the following.
- Lead collection. Collect customer contact information (phone and email) with opt-in and get customers to follow our socials.
- Reorders. Take reorders in-store after training and earn a bonus on every qualifying order.
- Reporting. Track store traffic, request the store's point-of-sale numbers for your pop-up day, and complete a post-event report in our CRM.

Field Marketing Representative Jobs in Maryland: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a field marketing representative in Maryland?
Most field marketing representative roles in Maryland require a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a closely related field, though some employers accept equivalent field sales experience in place of a degree. Maryland does not require a state-issued license for this role. Employers in the Baltimore metro and Rockville technology corridor typically look for candidates with hands-on territory or retail experience, and completing a CRM certification can strengthen an application considerably.
Which companies hire field marketing representatives in Maryland?
Companies currently hiring field marketing representatives in Maryland include Arvida Labs, Panda Exteriors, and Pro Green Medical, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Maryland's concentration of consumer goods headquarters, federal contractors, and healthcare and hospitality companies creates consistent demand for field marketing talent across the state.
Which Maryland cities have the most field marketing representative jobs?
Laurel, Annapolis, and Baltimore lead Maryland for field marketing representative openings, reflecting the concentration of corporate headquarters, major retail corridors, and government-adjacent commercial activity that drives brand and territory marketing demand in those markets. Suburban areas around Rockville and Bethesda often appear because of the dense cluster of technology and healthcare employers along the I-270 corridor.
Are there remote field marketing representative jobs in Maryland?
Yes, but they're rare. Field marketing representatives are by nature an in-person, territory-based role centered on retail visits, product demonstrations, and live events, so most positions require a physical presence in an assigned area. About 0% of field marketing representative openings tied to Maryland are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and those tend to cover planning, reporting, and administrative coordination duties rather than core field work.
How can I get hired as a field marketing representative in Maryland with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is a brand ambassador or promotional marketing associate role, which large Maryland consumer goods and retail employers use as a direct pipeline into field marketing. Companies anchored in Baltimore and the DC suburbs frequently post associate territory roles for candidates without prior field experience but with strong interpersonal skills. A relevant internship, a Google Analytics or HubSpot certification, or volunteer event coordination work for Maryland nonprofits or festivals can move a resume past initial screening.
Where can I find and apply to field marketing representative jobs in Maryland?
You can find and apply to field marketing representative jobs in Maryland on Migrate Mate, which lists current Maryland openings updated regularly. Search the listings to find roles that match your experience level, preferred territory, and specialization, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
