Location: Dallas, TX (Field-Based)
Company: VIVAZEN
Compensation: $32/hour
Hours: 8–12 hours per week
Duration: 12-month program
Vivazen launched with a disruptive idea: a small, plant powered shot could outperform the synthetic stimulants dominating convenience counters. More than a decade later, we have not just proven that idea. We have built a category defining brand around it.
As the original company to bring kratom based products to market at scale, Vivazen has grown into a powerful portfolio of clean, effective botanical blends trusted by retailers and consumers across the country. With more than 700 million servings sold nationwide, Vivazen has become one of the most recognized and highest velocity brands in the functional wellness space.
Retailers rely on Vivazen to generate meaningful revenue in a small footprint. Consumers trust our products for fast acting, feel good energy and performance they can count on. And behind that growth is a company built for speed, ownership, hustle, and execution.
At Vivazen, we call our Territory Sales Representatives Spartans because they are the frontline force behind this business. Spartans do not sit back and wait for business to happen. They build it. They own their territories like operators. They win in the field. They move fast, build trust, create demand, and drive revenue where it matters most: at the shelf, at the counter, and inside the store.
We are entering a new phase of aggressive growth and we are looking for competitive, hard charging field sellers who want real ownership, real income potential, and real opportunity to rise. If you are wired to compete, motivated by freedom and accountability, and want to help shape the future of natural performance, Vivazen is the place for you.

Field Marketing Representative Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a field marketing representative in Texas?
Most Texas employers require a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications, though some accept an associate degree paired with relevant field experience. There is no state-issued license required to work in this role in Texas. The typical path is to start in retail, inside sales, or brand ambassador work, build a portfolio of campaign results, then apply to territory roles at consumer goods, technology, or healthcare companies headquartered in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, or Austin.
Which companies hire field marketing representatives in Texas?
Companies currently hiring field marketing representatives in Texas include Expo Home Improvement, RTM, and Vivazen, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. Texas's concentration of Fortune 500 headquarters, major retail chains, and consumer goods distribution hubs keeps demand for field marketing talent consistently high.
Which Texas cities have the most field marketing representative jobs?
San Antonio, Dallas, and Pearland have the most field marketing representative openings in Texas. Dallas-Fort Worth leads because of its dense cluster of corporate headquarters and distribution centers, Houston follows due to its energy-sector adjacent consumer and industrial marketing needs, and Austin's fast-growing technology and consumer startup scene drives a steady pipeline of field roles.
Are there remote field marketing representative jobs in Texas?
Yes, but they're rare. The core of this role involves physical presence at retail locations, events, and client sites, so most positions require in-person work. About 50% of field marketing representative openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, and those tend to be planning, reporting, or account coordination duties rather than the hands-on field execution that defines most of the job.
How can I get hired as a field marketing representative in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path is through brand ambassador or retail merchandising roles, which Texas-based consumer goods distributors and regional grocery chains hire for regularly with no prior experience required. Companies like PepsiCo and AT&T run structured field sales development programs out of their Texas offices that target recent graduates. Building a portfolio of documented promotional events or sales results, even from college or volunteer work, and obtaining a Google Analytics or HubSpot Marketing certificate gives candidates a measurable edge when applying to entry-level territory roles.
Where can I find and apply to field marketing representative jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to field marketing representative jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings updated in real time. Search the listings to find roles that match your location, experience level, and preferred industry, then apply directly to the ones that fit.
