Group Details
As the senior member of the FP&A team, you should expect to be an active participant working with business leaders and CFO in analyzing firmwide budgets and forecasts, as well as strategic opportunities and initiatives. The Finance department supports the Tradeweb Executive Management team in forecasting, budgeting, and decision support for all business lines. In this role you will conduct research, perform analysis and develop financial/operational models to inform and support growth strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of consolidated budgeting, 3-year plan and financial reporting
- Financial modeling and analysis related to current businesses and new opportunities and scenario planning
- Develop, implement and maintain excel and Adaptive models and accurate and timely information to enable decision support and ad-hoc analysis
- Create annual and quarterly earnings materials for investor presentations and SEC filings
- Manage and mentor global FP&A team members
- Delivery of real-time and monthly forecasting
- Decision support for general corporate finance projects
- Develop presentations for board and operating committee materials
- Communicate financial information in a concise and accessible manner to non-finance personnel and management
- Oversee corporate-wide expense management and analysis and support departments with their budget and variance analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or other similar finance roles
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
- Excellent financial analysis and modeling skills
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Alteryx and AI tools is a plus
- Prior knowledge of capital markets or the financial technology industry is a plus
- Exceptional computational and analytical abilities and sharp attention to detail
- Excellent project management, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of mediums - must be comfortable working cross-functionally with people at multiple levels and from multiple disciplinary backgrounds
- Ability to work in and be comfortable with fast paced, fluid environment
- Self-starter who takes initiative and completes all projects with high energy and ability to prioritize and take ownership
- Able to resolve complex problems and articulate/communicate in a simple manner
- Financial, Planning, and Analysis experience a plus – especially driving annual planning process

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $110,000 to $170,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
