Specific responsibilities include front of house and back of house operations and production, employee scheduling, product ordering and inventory management, team member training and development. The F&B GM has complete profit and loss responsibility for the location including active management of food cost and labor costs. The F&B GM will set the tone for their team by making our guests the priority; they must be an outstanding leader and team builder with a strong work ethic. As a senior level manager, the F&B GM will be very hands on and must be proficient in both front and back of house areas. The F&B GM will manage a team of managers and front-line staff, this position works closely with senior leadership to grow and develop future leaders for our organization.
This is a hands-on role that requires you to work the line as well as manage your office time.
