About The Team
DoorDash Commerce Platform is our company’s hypergrowth fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, and retailers across the United States and abroad. DoorDash Commerce Platform allows restaurants, grocers, and retailers to enable ecommerce fulfillment for their first-party experiences. As part of the Commerce Platform team, the Senior Associate will have the opportunity to drive growth for some of our most strategic Enterprise restaurant partners — established national brands with scaled delivery businesses that are actively leaning into growth — and lead platform-wide initiatives that raise the ceiling for the entire Commerce Platform ecosystem.
About The Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about scaling high growth products to join our Core Enterprise Drive team, DoorDash’s white label fulfillment offering. You will be responsible for scaling our Drive Restaurants business with strategic partners and launching new products and services to expand our TAM. This role will oversee the growth, profitability and strategy for some of our largest Enterprise restaurant partners in the US market — partners who have established delivery businesses and are growth-oriented, making them receptive to ambitious new initiatives. Beyond your merchant portfolio, you will own platform-wide growth bets such as pricing optimization and expanding subscription benefits. By owning these bets, you will go 0 to 1 and help shape the frontier of how the Commerce Platform approaches 1P growth. We are looking for a highly motivated first principles thinker who has a deep sense of ownership and is able to walk the fine line between diving into the lowest level of detail in our data and product while still being able to think about the high level strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Drive Strategy and Operations, you will work closely with product, engineering, operations, integrations, business development and other teams to make your vision a reality. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will …
- Own growth for our most strategic ENT partners: You will own the end-to-end growth strategy for some of DoorDash's largest Enterprise restaurant partners — established national brands with scaled delivery businesses that are actively leaning into growth. Your job isn't to convince them delivery works; it's to figure out how to grow faster together.
- Lead platform-wide growth bets: Beyond your merchant portfolio, you will own initiatives that move the needle for the entire Commerce Platform ecosystem — think developing a 1P pricing optimization strategy across our restaurant base or evaluating how we can help merchants improve their post checkout experience. These are bets that require you to think like a GM, not an account manager, and the impact compounds well beyond your own book of business.
- Operate & Execute: You will get to the lowest level of detail to drive execution against your strategy, using data to diagnose performance, design experiments, and measure impact. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to bring initiatives to life and scale what works.
- Deepen & Grow Partner Relationships: You will serve as the primary point of contact for our most strategic Enterprise restaurant partners, leveraging data and insights to unlock growth opportunities and bring new Commerce Platform products and initiatives to market through these relationships.
We’re Excited About You Because…
- You take ownership. You proactively identify problems, operate independently and effectively in ambiguity with minimal guidance, and drive initiatives end-to-end without waiting for direction.
- You're a builder, not just a scaler. You have the entrepreneurial instinct to take something from 0→1 — whether that's a new product, a new partnership model, or a go-to-market approach that doesn't exist yet. You're energized by ambiguity, know how to create structure where none exists, and don't need a playbook to get started.
- You think beyond your portfolio. You're not satisfied owning your segment in isolation — you're naturally curious about how levers you pull in one place create ripple effects across the broader business, and you proactively identify the highest-leverage opportunities at the platform level.
- You're an analytical powerhouse. You let data win arguments, and you're comfortable pulling your own data in SQL and modeling in Excel.
- You're a strong cross-functional operator. You influence without authority, communicate effectively, and align stakeholders across teams.
- You operate with urgency and resilience. You move quickly, prioritize effectively, and stay composed under pressure.
- You have 2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations, and you're comfortable operating with and influencing sophisticated, large-scale partners and internal stakeholders. We expect this position to be filled by 8/8/26.

Growth Associate Jobs in Texas: Frequently Asked Questions
How do you become a growth associate in Texas?
Growth associates in Texas do not require a state-issued license, so the path runs through education and demonstrated skill. Most employers look for a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a quantitative field, paired with hands-on experience in analytics, paid media, or product experimentation. Building a portfolio of growth experiments, even from internships or freelance projects, is the most effective way to enter the field at Texas-based tech and SaaS companies.
Which companies hire growth associates in Texas?
Employers hiring growth associates in Texas right now include DoorDash, Fonteva, and The University of Texas at Austin, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of June 2026. Texas's concentration of technology headquarters, fintech firms, and enterprise software companies means hiring is consistent year-round rather than tied to seasonal cycles.
Which Texas cities have the most growth associate jobs?
Austin, Houston, and Dallas have the most growth associate openings in Texas. Austin's density of SaaS and venture-backed startups drives the bulk of listings, while Dallas and Houston contribute steady volume through large enterprise technology firms, financial services companies, and corporate headquarters that maintain dedicated growth and marketing teams.
Are there remote growth associate jobs in Texas?
Yes, and more than most fields. Growth associate work is desk-based and analytically driven, making it well suited to remote arrangements. About 31% of growth associate openings tied to Texas are remote or hybrid as of June 2026, reflecting how broadly distributed this role has become. The parts of the role most likely to remain fully remote are data analysis, campaign management, and reporting, while strategy and experimentation work often follows a hybrid schedule.
How can I get hired as a growth associate in Texas with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is a rotational marketing or business development program at one of Texas's large technology or financial companies, such as the associate programs that Dell Technologies and Charles Schwab run for recent graduates. Candidates who move into growth from adjacent roles like marketing coordinator, sales development representative, or data analyst tend to make a strong case by showing exposure to funnel metrics and experimentation. Earning a Google Analytics certification or completing a growth-focused course strengthens an application considerably when formal experience is limited.
Where can I find and apply to growth associate jobs in Texas?
You can find and apply to growth associate jobs in Texas on Migrate Mate, which lists current Texas openings from companies actively hiring. Search the listings, find roles that match your background and goals, and apply directly to the ones that fit.
