REGISTERED NURSE CASE MANAGER

Service Areas: Wilsonville, McMinnville, Salem area (within 60 miles of Clackamas, primarily South of Wilsonville)
Starting Range: $60 – $68 per hour

About the Role

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN license in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or skilled nursing preferred
