Hotel Jobs in Colorado Springs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a hotel job in Colorado Springs?
Start by targeting the resort and hospitality clusters around the Broadmoor corridor, the downtown convention district, and the Garden of the Gods area, where demand is most consistent. Large resort properties, extended-stay hotels near Peterson Space Force Base, and boutique properties in Old Colorado City hire across front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, and events roles. Candidates who have experience with high-volume tourism seasons and military-community guests stand out locally.
Which companies hire hotels in Colorado Springs?
Companies currently hiring hotels in Colorado Springs include Schulte Hospitality, DoubleTree by Hilton, and Best Western, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. Colorado Springs employers range from internationally branded luxury resorts and full-service convention properties to independent boutique hotels serving the city's strong outdoor tourism and military visitor base.
Are there remote hotel jobs in Colorado Springs?
Yes, though most hotel roles are hands-on and require on-site presence, with remote options limited to revenue management, corporate sales, and back-office accounting functions. About 0% of hotel openings tied to Colorado Springs are remote or hybrid as of August 2026, reflecting the predominantly in-person nature of hospitality work. Revenue management and group sales coordinator roles are the positions most likely to offer flexible arrangements locally.
How can I get a hotel job in Colorado Springs with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Colorado Springs is applying for seasonal front desk or housekeeping roles at the resort properties along the Broadmoor corridor during peak summer and holiday periods, when hiring volume spikes. Local employers frequently promote from within, so starting in a guest services or food and beverage support role is a practical lateral move. Familiarity with Pikes Peak area attractions and a flexible schedule for weekend and holiday shifts are genuine advantages.
Which industries hire the most hotels in Colorado Springs?
Colorado Springs hotel roles concentrate in Hospitality & Tourism, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of August 2026. The city's combination of military installations, a strong outdoor and adventure tourism draw, and a growing convention and corporate meeting market sustains consistent demand across those sectors throughout the year.
