Hotel Jobs in Denver: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a hotel job in Denver?
Focus your search on the downtown central business district, LoDo, and the RiNo corridor, where full-service and boutique hotels concentrate alongside convention and business travel demand. Properties near the Colorado Convention Center and Denver International Airport hire consistently across front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services. Candidates who speak a second language and have experience with high-volume guest interactions tend to stand out in Denver's competitive market.
Which companies hire hotels in Denver?
Employers hiring hotels in Denver right now include Sage Hospitality, Volunteers of America, and Sheraton, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Denver's hiring mix skews toward large full-service hotel brands, independent boutique properties in LoDo and RiNo, and airport-adjacent chains serving business and leisure travelers.
Are there remote hotel jobs in Denver?
Yes, though remote work is rare for guest-facing and housekeeping roles and more common for revenue management, sales coordination, and corporate hospitality functions. About 0% of hotel openings tied to Denver are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the limited but real desk-side work that exists within Denver-based hotel groups. Corporate offices for regional hotel management companies based in Denver are the most likely source of those flexible arrangements.
How can I get a hotel job in Denver with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry point is a front desk agent or housekeeping role at one of Denver's many extended-stay or select-service properties near the Tech Center or airport, where turnover creates consistent openings for first-time candidates. Community College of Denver and Emily Griffith Technical College offer hospitality certificates that give entry-level applicants an edge. Starting in food and beverage or shuttle operations at airport hotels is another common path into full-service property roles across downtown Denver.
