Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and welcoming arrival experience by greeting guests, completing check-ins, and assigning suites with care.
• Respond to guest calls and inquiries with a helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented approach.
• Accurately post charges (room, food, telephone, etc.), process payments, and ensure a smooth, seamless billing experience.
• Assist guests with making, modifying, and confirming reservations to meet their needs.
• Utilize Shift Check List to complete shift tasks.
• Keep a close eye on suite availability to best accommodate our guests.
• Set up personalized wake-up calls upon request.
• Handle guest mail, packages, and messages with attention and care.
• Provide an easy and efficient departure experience through accurate and timely check-out services.
• Open and close shifts responsibly, including balancing cash and completing required drops.
• Keep the Pantry and Coffee area inviting, clean, and fully stocked for our guests to enjoy.
• Share information about hotel amenities and services, including complimentary breakfast, evening socials, and bar offerings.
• Act as a local host by offering directions and recommendations for nearby dining, shopping, and attractions.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment in the lobby and front entrance areas.
• Coordinate and schedule shuttle service for guests when applicable.
• Hotel experience is preferred!

Availability Requirements:
Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays. This position primarily requires afternoon and evening shifts.
We are specifically seeking individuals who can work 3pm - 11pm, evening shifts with the possibility of working other shifts.

• Must be able to work Friday, 3pm - 11pm shift. There may also be opportunities to pick up additional afternoon or evening hours during the week.

Must be able to work weekends as needed.
