- Manage the recruiting process for field positions from application through onboarding.

- Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and attend hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting events.
- Represent Clean Scapes professionally within the community and build relationships with workforce partners, schools, and community organizations.
- Assist with creating recruiting materials, flyers, and other employment marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate all pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure employees complete onboarding requirements before their start date.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.
- Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity to support department reporting.
- Prepare offer letters and other recruiting documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
- Support additional Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as needed.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, landscaping, or field operations is a plus.
- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Passion for recruiting and connecting people with opportunities.

- Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
