- Policy Prodigy: Communicate, instruct, and enforce HR policies, employment laws, and property regulations to keep everything compliant and running smoothly.
- Coach & Cheerleader: Foster a positive, team-oriented environment by leading training, orientation, coaching, and development programs for staff and managers.
- Benefits & Bucks Guru: Manage wage, salary, and benefit programs, set up performance evaluations, and maintain union relations, ensuring everyone is rewarded fairly.
- Safety Superhero: Spearhead safety incentive programs, Loss Prevention SOPs, and committee participation—keeping the workplace secure and efficient for all.
- Paperwork Whiz: Streamline internal communications, maintain personnel files, expedite reporting, and keep record-keeping organized and up to date.
- Culture Champion: Practice open-door policies, promote friendly service, encourage feedback, and keep everyone engaged—whether through newsletters, suggestion boxes, or Associate Opinion Surveys.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in hospitality or related industries, or equivalent education and experience.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with complex data and financial information, meeting deadlines consistently.
