Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with property and department leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, corrective action, and workplace concerns.
- Provide guidance to managers regarding company policies, employment practices, and HR compliance.
- Lead and support investigations while ensuring concerns are handled objectively, consistently, professionally, and timely.
- Support recruiting and retention efforts for hourly, supervisory, management, and leadership positions.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure new Team Members and leaders receive a welcoming and organized introduction to the company.
- Support performance review processes, goal setting, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Coordinate and support training initiatives, safety programs, employee engagement, recognition, and retention efforts.
- Partner with leadership on attendance, leave administration, workers' compensation, accommodations, and other employee matters.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and ensure HR records and practices meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor HR trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement, communication, retention, and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain a visible HR presence throughout the operation and build strong relationships with Team Members at all levels.
- Assist with benefits communication, HR systems, reporting, audits, and other HR initiatives.
- Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Human Resources management experience required; hotel, resort, hospitality, or other high-volume service industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and federal, state, and local employment practices.
- Experience handling workplace investigations, corrective actions, performance management, and sensitive employee matters.
- Strong recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee engagement experience.
- Ability to coach and influence managers while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working directly with both hourly Team Members and senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
The Right Person for This Role
You are someone who understands that hospitality HR happens in the operation, not only behind a desk. You are approachable and supportive while still holding leaders and Team Members accountable to company expectations.
You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, developing leaders, improving processes, and helping create a workplace where Team Members feel welcomed, respected, informed, and supported.
Why Join Paramount Hospitality Management?
Join a growing hospitality organization where Human Resources plays an important role in supporting our people, our leaders, and our properties. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact across employee relations, talent acquisition, training, engagement, compliance, and organizational development while partnering closely with hotel leadership.

Human Resources Manager Jobs in Orlando: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a human resources manager job in Orlando?
Target Orlando's three dominant hiring sectors: hospitality and resort operations, healthcare systems, and theme park and entertainment companies, which together generate a disproportionate share of local openings. Candidates with multilingual ability or experience managing large hourly workforces stand out here because so many Orlando employers operate at scale with high turnover. Concentrating your search on employers headquartered in the downtown core, Sand Lake Road corridor, and Lake Nona gives you the best coverage of active openings.
Which companies hire human resources managers in Orlando?
Employers hiring human resources managers in Orlando right now include TERREPOWER, Live Nation, and OPAV, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Orlando's employer mix leans heavily toward large hospitality groups, regional hospital networks, and entertainment companies, so expect many openings to involve complex multi-site or multi-department HR structures.
Are there remote human resources manager jobs in Orlando?
Yes, though it depends on the function: strategic and generalist roles with significant policy, compliance, or systems work are more remote-compatible, while roles tied to hotel properties, hospital floors, or theme park operations almost always require on-site presence. About 100% of human resources manager openings tied to Orlando are remote or hybrid as of September 2026. Hybrid arrangements are most common among corporate HR teams based in Orlando's office corridors rather than property-level roles.
How can I get a human resources manager job in Orlando with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Orlando is moving into a coordinator or specialist role within a large hospitality group or healthcare network, both of which hire frequently and promote internally. Orlando's resort and hotel employers routinely fill HR coordinator roles that lead to manager-track positions within two to three years. Building familiarity with high-volume hourly hiring and HRIS platforms used by large hospitality operators gives entry-level candidates a concrete edge in this market.
