This is a phone sales position. You will speak with consumers looking for health coverage, understand their situation, explain their options, recommend appropriate coverage, handle objections, and close sales.
A CURRENT HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
What You’ll Do:
- Speak with prospective health insurance clients over the phone
- Identify each customer’s situation and coverage needs
- Explain available coverage options clearly
- Recommend appropriate coverage based on the customer’s needs
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Follow our proven sales process
- Participate in call reviews, coaching, and sales training
- Maintain accurate client information and follow required procedures
