Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at Primerica. The Insurance Agent will help clients assess their financial protection needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products, with a focus on middle-income families. Day-to-day activities include conducting virtual client meetings, explaining policy options, preparing quotes, and completing applications through Primerica’s systems. The Insurance Agent will follow up with prospective and existing clients, maintain accurate records, and stay current on Primerica’s product offerings and compliance requirements. The role may also involve networking, building a personal client base, and participating in online training and development sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively explain coverage options and match products to client needs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to support clients with broader financial considerations and product comparisons.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms; prior remote or field sales experience is beneficial.
- State insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain licensing) and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Background in financial services, sales, or related fields is preferred but not required; ongoing training is provided.
