Duties

• Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct client consultations to explain various insurance policies, including life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance options.
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client requirements effectively.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details.
• Stay informed on insurance regulations, industry trends, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for expanding client base and increasing sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated customer service experience with a passion for helping others.
• Basic analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving a broader client base.
• Familiarity with sales administration tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance policies, is advantageous but not required—training will be provided.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
