This is a hands-on, portfolio-building role for an individual who is already comfortable creating high-performing content and wants to deepen their experience in brand storytelling.
What You’ll Do-Content Capture & Storytelling
- Visit local job sites or completed projects to capture before-and-after photos, short videos, and authentic moments.
- Conduct simple interviews with team members and occasionally customers to gather story elements.Identify compelling angles, talking points, and visual narratives that resonate on social platforms.
Advanced Content Creation for Social Media
- Turn field footage into polished Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, photo carousels, and case studies.
- Craft strong captions, hooks, and storylines that match platform trends.Build a content series centered on transformations, human stories, and workplace culture.
Social Media Strategy & Branding
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar and help determine which content performs best across platforms.
- Recommend creative approaches, themes, or recurring series based on your experience with audience engagement.
- Use data (likes, shares, comments, view duration, reach) to refine content direction.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with leadership and team members for scheduling, interviews, and project access.
- Present content drafts and ideas for review, implementing feedback where needed.
