Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Azure environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
- Maintain network infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Support virtualization platforms and cloud-based systems.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Apply security updates, patches, and infrastructure improvements.
