Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically curious Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Relationship Sales Managers in driving hardware, software, and services execution. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, vendor partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Cisco, Dell, HPE), and internal operations, ensuring fast proposal turnaround, accurate CRM tracking, and smooth logistics.
Core Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Quoting: Perform product research, request vendor pricing, assist in writing quotes/SOWs, and schedule technical demos or client meetings.
CRM & Logistics Management: Maintain clean CRM records, track order status, and ensure accurate deal tracking across the sales pipeline.
Vendor & Operational Support: Serve as a key operational liaison with top-tier technology vendors, managing partner deliverables and tracking operational requests.
Technology Upskilling: Build foundational familiarity with high-performance computing, networking, data protection, and life sciences IT trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, STEM, Data Analytics, or related field).
Strong interest in enterprise IT, hardware/software, and modern tech ecosystems.
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and experience/familiarity with CRM platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid model (Waltham office / Remote).
