Disaster Solutions Inc. is looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Marketing Representative to help grow our roofing and restoration business. This position combines direct mail marketing with outbound calling to homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods. Your goal is to generate qualified leads and schedule opportunities for our sales team.
This is a performance-driven position with a guaranteed weekly base plus uncapped commission.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and mail marketing campaigns to targeted homeowners.
- Contact homeowners by phone to discuss our free storm damage inspections.
- Generate qualified leads for our sales team.
- Accurately enter all leads into our CRM (AccuLynx).
- Help increase brand awareness through direct marketing efforts.
Compensation
- $300/week for completing 1,000 mailers
- $450/week for completing 1,500 mailers
- $600/week for completing 2,000+ mailers
- 3% commission on sold contracts generated from your direct mail leads.
- 4% commission on sold contracts generated from your cold call leads.
- Uncapped earning potential—the more quality leads you generate, the more you earn.
