We are seeking an energetic and motivated Leadership Collaborative Program Manager to drive innovative leadership development initiatives across our state. This position is an exciting opportunity to shape future leaders while working within a dynamic, mission-driven environment committed to excellence and growth.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Learning Collaborative Program Manager leads the design, delivery, and evaluation of a leadership development program for mid-level managers in the behavioral health field from start to finish. This role oversees program development and implementation, including recruitment and selection, curriculum coordination, partner and stakeholder engagement, logistics, and participant communications. The Program Manager ensures inclusive practices, facilitates cohort connections, measures outcomes, and applies evaluation findings to continuously improve the program year over year. The Leadership Collaborative is hosted in four regions: Northeast Ohio, Northwest Ohio, Southeast Ohio, and Central Ohio. This position requires monthly travel including overnight stay at a minimum of 12 nights of the year.
As the Leadership Collaborative Program Manager, you will:
- Oversee program implementation
- Lead program promotion, outreach, and recruitment
- Manage relationships with training partners
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final outcomes report
- Work with the Leadership Collaborative Program Coordinator and Senior Director of Workplace Health to ensure the success of the program
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to social work, public health, mental health, healthcare management, or business
- Three years’ experience in program management, preferably within the behavioral health or nonprofit sectors
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- A good listener and strategist, comfortable receiving input from many sources, and able to act on information to develop successful programming
- Outstanding decision-making skills and judgment, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team, and be people-centric
- Ability to work well independently and within a multi-disciplinary team environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency and organization
- Demonstrated attention and accuracy to detail
- Ability to fulfill assignments with reliability and adherence to deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
