Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, paid search (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Manage website content using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- Design visually appealing graphics and advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to support marketing campaigns.
- Analyze web analytics reports with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting tools to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by testing landing pages, call-to-actions, and user flows to maximize lead generation and sales.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and social media management tools to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website management, e-commerce initiatives, and technical implementations involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and other web technologies.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and streamline campaign workflows.
- Monitor paid search marketing efforts through Google AdWords (now Google Ads) to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Perform keyword research for SEO and SEM initiatives to target high-value search terms aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM, and Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and More.
- Technical proficiency in website management using WordPress or similar CMS platforms; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management across various platforms including Facebook Advertising.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and performance marketing strategies to enhance campaign results.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns with a focus on social media advertising campaigns for brand growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web analytics reports for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B marketing experience is a plus; familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems is preferred.
