The Senior Analytics Manager / Key Personnel leads the multidisciplinary team supporting ACL/AoD data management, analysis, reporting, evaluation, visualization, quality assurance, and coordination. This role oversees work across multiple programs, datasets, reporting cycles, urgent data calls, leadership briefings, Congressional inquiries, and other decision-support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysts, data specialists, visualization staff, reporting support, quality reviewers, and technical support personnel.
- Manage project work plans, schedules, status reporting, risks, issues, staffing assignments, deliverable tracking, and quality control.
- Oversee accurate, timely, reproducible quantitative and qualitative analyses, dashboards, data tables, narrative reports, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate with the COR, ACL/AoD program offices, technical teams, system owners, grantees, and other authorized stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Federal security, privacy, records management, Section 508, accessibility, documentation, and data handling requirements.
- Experience managing Federal data analytics, reporting, evaluation, performance measurement, or business intelligence programs or teams.
- Expertise across statistics, data science, program evaluation, qualitative analysis, business intelligence, data visualization, and project management.
- Experience supporting Federal reporting products such as PPRs, State Plans, Annual Work Plans, performance measures, Congressional inquiries, budget justifications, or leadership data requests.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, simultaneous deadlines, urgent data calls, stakeholder coordination, and continuity of operations.
- Knowledge of Federal security, privacy, records management, Section 508/accessibility, quality assurance, and data protection requirements.
