- Must be comfortable communicating via telephone on a frequent basis.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess the ability to communicate price, margin and commission information accurately and in a timely fashion, while maintaining confidentiality of the information handled. Ability to read technical equipment drawings and bills of material, identify replacement parts, and answer customer questions about how equipment works.
