OVERVIEW: The Assistant Director of Communications & Marketing at Boca West Country Club assists the Director with the overall operations of the Communications & Marketing department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic communications and marketing plans aligned with the Club’s goals, brand and member experience.
- Lead messaging and positioning that promotes the Club’s brand, lifestyle, values, programs and offerings.
- Oversee the Communications & Marketing team, external agencies, vendors and creative partners.
Content Development & Brand Management

- Establish campaign timelines and messaging strategies and collaborate with departments to ensure successful execution.
- Measure campaign performance and use insights to optimize future initiatives.
Digital Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website, mobile app and social media performance and engagement.
- Analyze data and member engagement trends to improve communications and outreach.
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
