We are seeking a Creative Marketing Intern to support and grow our digital marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate development, design, and site planning.
Responsibilities:
-Design marketing materials, property flyers, presentations, and digital content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
-Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity.
-Assist with development concepts, site plans, and design services, including CADD (preferred but not required).
-Collaborate with our development and leasing teams to create conceptual layouts and visualizations for prospective projects.
-Support social media, branding, and other marketing initiatives across the WRS portfolio.
Qualifications:
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
-Interest in commercial real estate, design, development, and marketing. CADD experience is a plus, but not required.
-Availability of approximately 15 hours per week.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
