Position Summary
Cellebration is seeking a resourceful, technology-minded professional to help organize, support, and improve the digital systems used across our growing longevity and regenerative health organization. This position is well suited to a recent graduate or early-career candidate who has strong technical aptitude, enjoys learning new platforms, and can translate business needs into reliable day-to-day system support.
The coordinator will support GoHighLevel, telemarketing and communications software, clinic applications, user access, basic integrations, reporting, and the technical execution of digital advertising campaigns. Direct GoHighLevel experience is preferred, but we will consider a candidate who demonstrates the ability and commitment to learn it quickly. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems, documenting processes, and helping team members use technology correctly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- GoHighLevel and lead systems: Help administer GoHighLevel, including user access, pipelines, workflows, calendars, forms, landing pages, automations, lead routing, tags, templates, and basic reporting.
- Telemarketing and communications platforms: Support call, text, email, dialer, phone, and telemarketing applications; help troubleshoot user issues and maintain accurate routing, permissions, and campaign settings.
- Clinic applications: Assist with setup, user support, access management, vendor coordination, and documentation for approved clinic, scheduling, CRM, payment, laboratory, and operational applications.
- Digital advertising support: Assist marketing leadership with the technical setup, tracking, testing, and maintenance of approved campaigns, landing pages, lead forms, pixels, links, audiences, and reporting dashboards.
- Data and reporting: Monitor data flow between systems, identify missing or duplicate records, prepare routine reports, and escalate discrepancies that may affect lead follow-up, patient communication, operations, or management reporting.
- Integrations and automation: Help connect approved applications using native integrations, APIs, webhooks, or automation tools under appropriate supervision; test changes before rollout and document how each workflow functions.
- User support and training: Provide clear, practical support to employees; create short instructions, checklists, screenshots, and training guides; teach team members how to use assigned tools correctly.
- Access and security administration: Maintain approved user accounts, role-based permissions, password and access procedures, device inventories, and termination or role-change access checklists.
- Vendor and issue management: Communicate with software vendors, document technical problems, maintain follow-up dates, track resolutions, and escalate outages or unresolved issues appropriately.
- Process documentation: Create and maintain system maps, application inventories, user lists, standard operating procedures, change logs, and troubleshooting documentation.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, marketing technology, business technology, digital marketing, or a related field; comparable hands-on experience will also be considered. GoHighLevel experience is preferred. Candidates without direct experience must demonstrate comfort learning cloud-based CRM and automation platforms quickly. Working knowledge of user accounts, permissions, software configuration, integrations, spreadsheets, data imports and exports, and basic troubleshooting. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, lead forms, landing pages, conversion tracking, email and text campaigns, or call-center software is helpful. Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple open issues, deadlines, vendors, and users without relying on memory or informal messages. Clear written and verbal communication skills and the patience to train employees with different levels of technical confidence. Sound judgment with confidential business information and healthcare-related data. Willingness to work across multiple Cellebration locations and occasionally respond to time-sensitive system issues.
Healthcare Data Privacy and Security
Because Cellebration operates in a healthcare environment, the selected candidate must complete required privacy, security, and HIPAA training before receiving access to systems that may contain protected or confidential information. Access will be limited according to role and business need. The employee must follow company policies for passwords, approved devices, data sharing, system changes, incident reporting, and termination of access. This position does not authorize the employee to make clinical decisions or independently alter clinical workflows.
What Success Looks Like
- Employees know where to report a technical issue and receive timely, professional follow-up. GoHighLevel and connected lead systems have organized users, pipelines, automations, and reporting. Lead and campaign data move accurately between approved systems, with errors identified and corrected promptly. Application access is documented, role based, and removed promptly when no longer authorized. Recurring technical problems are converted into documented fixes, training, or standard operating procedures. Management receives concise visibility into system health, open issues, vendors, access, and campaign tracking.
Preferred Attributes
Curious, coachable, dependable, discreet, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership. The ideal candidate does not need to know every system on day one, but must be willing to learn, document what they learn, ask thoughtful questions, test carefully, and follow work through to completion.
Growth Opportunity
This position offers the opportunity to grow with a multi-location healthcare and wellness organization. A strong performer may expand into systems administration, CRM and automation management, marketing technology, analytics, cybersecurity coordination, or broader information technology operations as the company grows.
How to Apply
Please submit a resume and a short statement describing your technical experience, any familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms, and one example of a system, automation, or technical problem you learned to manage successfully.
Equal Opportunity Statement
Cellebration provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees in accordance with applicable law. Employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the role.
This entry-level role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in IT systems engineering while supporting innovative marketing technologies. Marketing Jobs in Miami: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a marketing job in Miami?
Focus your search on Miami's strongest hiring sectors: hospitality and tourism, luxury real estate, consumer packaged goods, and financial services firms concentrated in Brickell and Coral Gables. Bilingual Spanish-English fluency is a genuine edge in this market, as many brands here actively target Latin American audiences. Building a portfolio that shows multicultural campaign work or digital performance metrics specific to U.S. Hispanic markets will set you apart from out-of-market candidates.
Which companies hire marketings in Miami?
Companies currently hiring marketings in Miami include HNTB Corporation, Mitchell Cosmetics Distribution, and Juno, per current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Miami's employer mix skews toward hospitality groups, international consumer brands with Latin American headquarters, luxury real estate developers, and media companies serving the South Florida and Caribbean markets.
Are there remote marketing jobs in Miami?
Yes, though availability depends heavily on the role: content strategy, SEO, paid media, and analytics work is commonly remote, while event marketing, experiential, and retail brand roles typically require an on-site presence. About 50% of marketing openings tied to Miami are remote or hybrid as of September 2026, reflecting the desk-based nature of much digital marketing work. Brand and experiential roles tied to Miami's event and hospitality scene remain predominantly in-person.
How can I get a marketing job in Miami with little or no experience?
The most realistic entry path in Miami is through the city's large hospitality and events industry, where coordinator and social media assistant roles regularly hire candidates with limited formal experience but strong digital portfolios. Local agencies serving tourism clients, real estate firms along Brickell Avenue, and emerging consumer brands in Wynwood often hire junior marketers willing to learn fast. Demonstrating fluency in Spanish and familiarity with U.S. Hispanic audience targeting gives entry-level candidates a measurable advantage over those without it.
Which industries hire the most marketings in Miami?
Miami marketing roles concentrate in Retail, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of September 2026. Miami's position as a gateway city to Latin America makes it a hub for brands that need marketers who understand both the domestic U.S. market and international consumer audiences, which drives sustained demand across these sectors.
