Compensation: $60–$70 per completed clinical hour (W-2)

Earning Potential: $66,300–$102,700 annually, including paid administrative time, based on 20–30 completed clinical hours weekly over 52 weeks.

Schedule: Minimum 20 clinical hours of weekly availability, with a typical full caseload of approximately 30 hours.

We're seeking a skilled individual therapist interested in developing expertise in couples counseling, trauma recovery, and relationship healing.

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 Clinical Pay: $60/hour for the first 20 completed clinical hours weekly; $70/hour for additional clinical hours.
• Paid Administrative Time: 3 scheduled hours weekly at $25/hour for supervision, consultation, and administrative responsibilities.

• Private Office & Hybrid Schedule: Dedicated furnished office with approximately 50% telehealth flexibility.
• Weekly Clinical Community: Individual and group supervision, case consultation, and direct mentorship from the clinical director.
• Practice Support: Established referrals, scheduling, billing, and administrative assistance.
• Benefits: Additional employee benefits may be negotiated following successful completion of a 90-day introductory period. Benefits are not currently guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license.
• Minimum 3 years of individual psychotherapy experience, including trauma-informed treatment.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and professional reliability.
• Availability for at least 20 clinical hours weekly, with interest in building toward 30.
• Evening and Saturday availability required during the initial caseload-building period, with opportunities to transition toward a preferred schedule as the caseload develops.
• Commitment to regular supervision, training, and professional accountability.

Previous couples therapy experience is welcome but not required.
