What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, and light housekeeping
- Prepare meals and support dietary needs
- Help clients with medical devices and mobility aids
- Perform non‑sterile dressing changes, take vital signs, and assist with range‑of‑motion exercises
- Provide companionship and build meaningful, supportive relationships
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a state‑approved CNA course
- CNA competency evaluation as required by state law
- Sympathetic attitude and ability to meet the physical and emotional demands of the role
- CPR certification (recommended)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
