Speech Language Pathologist
Location: UCHealth Childs Therapy Services, Fort Collins CO
Department: PVH Childs Therapy
Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Current certification with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Speech Pathology required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Speech Language Pathologist:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, voice, and other related abilities.
- Make a profound impact as you create and execute personalized therapy plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Provide extensive education to patients, their families, and caregivers regarding their communication or swallowing disorder, prognosis, therapy techniques and home practice strategies.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals (e.g. physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupation therapists, audiologists, teachers) to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
