We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Director of Intake & Call Center Operations to lead a large, fast-paced client intake and sales organization in Dallas.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has spent years building, managing, and motivating high-performing sales or call center teams. The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with operational discipline and has previously led organizations of significant scale.

This is not a legal position, and a law degree or legal background is not required. We are specifically interested in leaders from high-volume sales, call center, contact center, customer acquisition, hospitality, insurance, financial services, automotive, telecommunications, home services, or similar performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the firm's intake and call center organization
• Manage, coach, and develop intake representatives, sales personnel, supervisors, and managers
• Build a high-energy, accountable, performance-oriented culture
• Establish and monitor KPIs including response time, contact rate, appointment rate, conversion rate, revenue, call quality, and individual/team performance
• Improve lead handling and conversion from inbound phone calls, web inquiries, referrals, and other lead sources
• Develop scripts, sales processes, training programs, coaching systems, and performance standards
• Identify weaknesses in the intake funnel and implement solutions quickly
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members and managers
• Create clear accountability across a large organization
• Work closely with senior management on staffing, compensation, incentives, forecasting, and growth
• Use data to identify trends and continuously improve conversion and productivity
• Ensure excellent client service while maintaining a strong commercial and performance-driven mindset
• Scale the intake organization as the business continues to grow

Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidates will have:

• 10+ years of sales, call center, contact center, or comparable high-volume customer acquisition experience
• Significant management experience, including leadership of large teams
• Prior responsibility for an organization of approximately 100 or more employees, directly or through multiple layers of management
• A proven record of improving sales, conversion, productivity, or revenue
• Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate people in a high-pressure environment
• High energy and a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong operational and analytical abilities
• Experience developing managers and building leadership teams, rather than simply supervising individual employees
• Ability to hold people accountable while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented culture
• Comfort working directly with ownership and senior executives
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
