Operational Support
- Provide support across vehicle inspections, imaging, and vehicle check-in operations as business needs require.
- Assist with workload balancing during peak operational periods.
- Ensure inspection documentation and vehicle photos meet quality requirements.
- Serve as a resource for operational questions and issue resolution.
- Perform all other duties and projects assigned by management
- May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate

- High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience in a related field.

- OR 9 years' experience in a related field
- Constantly required to enter and exit vehicles.
- Ability to walk long distances.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb and sit for periods of time.
- Ability to lift 1-30 pounds.
- Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Moderate noise level.
- Proficiency with inspection systems, condition reporting tools, and photography standards. Comfortable working in varying and inclement weather conditions.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7a - 3:30p
USD 20.10 - 30.10 per hour
Compensation:
Hourly pay rate is in the range of $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
