Provides clerical and administrative support and coordinates the patient care activities for medical practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes patients upon arrival and communicates pleasantly and effectively.
- Ensures accuracy of patient's information, including demographics and insurance.

- Registers, verifies, and schedules patient appointments, testing, and referrals.

- Collects co-pays and reconciles money for deposit.

- Maintains and models the organization values.
- Demonstrates regular, dependable, and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education Skills Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent. Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred, Data Entry, Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal). Minimum Experience: Six months.
