Our goal is not simply to provide excellent medical care, but to deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to the moment a patient leaves our office.

You will help patients navigate each step of their visit with clear, courteous support. You’ll manage front desk activities, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate patient information while protecting privacy. Duties
- Welcome patients, answer questions, manage check-in and check-out, and provide responsive patient service.
- Schedule appointments, handle phone communication with professional phone etiquette, and support medical receptionist and front desk operations.
- Update medical records and electronic health records (EHR), review documentation, and assist with care plans and health information management.
- Verify health insurance information and support medical billing, medical collection, and administrative tasks, including filing and typing.
- Follow HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requirements and clinical confidentiality policies when handling patient information.
Experience
- Medical office, clinic, customer service, clerical, administrative, or medical administrative support experience is helpful; dental clinic experience is also relevant.
- Familiarity with EMR (electronic medical record) and EHR systems such as Athenahealth is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, health insurance, medical coding, CPT (Current Procedural Terminology), ICD (International Classification of Diseases) coding, ICD-9, ICD-10, and Medicare is a plus.
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office, medical scheduling, medical records management, 10-key typing, and accurate data entry are valuable.
- Bilingual ability and experience with medical office management are welcome; equivalent experience supporting patient-facing office operations is also relevant.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
