Spectrum Squad is expanding! As we continue growing our services for children and families, we are excited to add Occupational Therapy to our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and collaborative Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in everyday life.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, goals, and developmental needs.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Address fine motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care, handwriting, feeding (if applicable), executive functioning, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, physicians, educators, and families to provide coordinated, holistic care.
• Educate and coach parents and caregivers on strategies to support skill development at home and in the community.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Help develop and grow Spectrum Squad's Occupational Therapy program.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Nevada Occupational Therapist License (or eligible for licensure).
• NBCOT certification required.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities, is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with children and families.
• Passion for providing compassionate, family-centered care.
