What You’ll Do
As a Night Production Supervisor, you will plan, supervise, and coordinate department operations to meet production goals while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead and coordinate daily activities of production employees
- Drive performance related to volume, cost, quality, and delivery
- Motivate, coach, and develop employees to achieve maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping practices
- Maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities for optimal production
- Set goals and accountabilities used for performance evaluations
- Manage overtime scheduling and control absenteeism
- Identify and recommend improvements to equipment performance and product quality
- Implement approved process and equipment changes
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure ongoing training and development
- Communicate company policies clearly and consistently
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee growth
