This position is responsible for providing kitchen equipment solutions for restaurants throughout the United States.
The ideal candidate is ambitious and self-motivated. Must have a strong desire to learn while bringing new ideas to the table.
Duties
- Take ownership of quoting and ordering processes
- Effectively decipher customer needs to provide the appropriate solution
- Communicate with multiple vendor partners, general contractors, installers, and customers via phone and email throughout each day
- Accurately enter orders, coordinate shipments, deliveries, and installations
- Resolve customer issues in a prompt, professional and friendly manner
Requirements
- Strong customer service orientation
- Great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to offer creative solutions
- Highly detail oriented
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in a collaborative office environment
- Knowledge of restaurant and/or construction terminology is helpful
