The Project Coordinator provides essential support to project teams, ensuring that project activities are well-organized, on track, and aligned with company and client requirements. This role manages documentation, assists with scheduling, facilitates communication, and helps maintain compliance across multiple projects,

• Support project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and tracking tools.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Coordinate project resources, logistics, and communication between teams.
• Track project progress and update reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Help manage risk assessments and issue logs.
• Provide administrative support, including document control, data entry, and filing.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project communications.

Required Skills

Required Experience & Education

• 0-2 years in project coordination, project support, or administrative roles.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• Foundational project coordination or administrative training is a plus
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
