- Maintains ERP project data, generates reports, and identifies missing item data fields for owner follow-up.
- Coordinates with U.S. and Mexico plants to support timely completion of Engineering Change Orders and related workflow requests.
- Creates, analyzes, tracks, and expedites material requirements, work orders, purchase orders, and prototype item shortages to support project demand.
- Validates purchase order and production order setup so variances are assigned to the correct project, value stream, and department.
- Monitors inventory for project, slow-moving, and obsolete items and supports material shortage resolution.
- Runs weekly reports, analyzes project risk, and coordinates with the PMO Manager on budget, schedule, and hours-reporting trends.
- Provides backup support for the Project Planner, PMO Manager, Ringi, CAPEX coordination, Docusign submittals, and related project administration.
- Coordinates departmental administrative activities, vendor communication, supplies, training records, purchase requisitions, and invoice approvals.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft AX, Blue Star, and Report Manager preferred.
- Excellent time management, communication, spreadsheet analysis, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of MRP and MPS required; Spanish language proficiency preferred.
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, customer focus, teamwork, continuous improvement, urgency, and a value-creation mindset.
Education & Experience- High School Diploma or GED required; college or university degree desired.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, planning, engineering, new product development, or similar activity; planning and inventory management experience in a project-, engineering-, or custom-driven business preferred.
