What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team, including calendar management, travel coordination, visitor screening, and expense reporting.Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate executive and leadership meetings-scheduling, managing materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
Coordinate complex logistics for board meetings, offsite events, and executive travel.
Serve as a liaison between the Executive Team and internal departments, supporting alignment and communication across the company.
Partner with the Corporate Communications Specialist on company-wide initiatives, announcements, and messaging.
Support and track progress on key strategic priorities; maintain visibility on executive-level action items.
Plan and manage Litehouse's annual Charity Golf Classic and oversee coordination of the company's charitable giving initiatives.
Support the Corporate Secretary in facilitating Board and Committee meetings and managing the Diligent Board Portal.
Lead or support special projects, evaluate workflows, and recommend process improvements for executive operations.
Communicate with tact, discretion, and professionalism across all levels of the organization-including the Board of Directors, customers, and community stakeholders.
Serve as a source of continuity, historical reference, and sound judgment for executives making high-impact decisions.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required4–5 years of experience in executive or administrative support (required), ideally in a CPG or manufacturing environment (preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
