Project Manager

Del Oro Consulting, Inc. is a national consulting solutions provider with more than 20 years of experience delivering talent and technology solutions to leading global organizations. We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and collaborative Project Manager to join a fast-paced team within a global technology organization.

The ideal candidate is a mid-career Project Manager who is highly organized, communicates well, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable taking direction and working with a variety of personalities. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping projects, schedules, tasks, and deliverables organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and timelines.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and project-related activities.
• Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
• Use Asana to manage projects and keep work organized.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and action items.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone stays aligned.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and keep projects moving forward.
• Identify potential issues or scheduling conflicts and help coordinate solutions.
• Support project planning and execution as needed.
• Manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Asana is required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable taking direction and managing tasks independently.
• Ability to work effectively with different personalities and teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience supporting Learning & Development (L&D), employee development, training, or leadership programs preferred.

Details of Position:

• Work Arrangement: On-site (RTP, NC) | $48-$50/hr | Ongoing Consulting Contract | W2
• Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm EST
• Target Start Date: 10/26/26
