Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned rental properties
- Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, vendors, and prospective tenants
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor scheduling
- Handle tenant questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with leasing, move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and renewals
- Maintain accurate property and tenant records
- Follow up on outstanding items and ensure issues are brought to completion
- Help ensure properties are being properly maintained
- Use property management software and other technology to manage daily tasks and communication
- Work closely with the rest of the team to provide a high level of service
Qualifications
- Previous property management experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Personable, professional, and comfortable working with a variety of people
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Comfortable using computers, email, smartphones, and web-based systems
- Experience with property management software is strongly preferred
- Willing and able to learn new technology and systems as needed
