JOB SUMMARY
Department of Psychiatry is seeking outstanding applicants for clinical track psychologist faculty positions with clinician-educator interests.
The successful candidate's clinical setting can include Psychology care for adult, child, and/or adolescent patients in outpatient settings. The successful candidate will also be expected to teach medical students, interns, residents, and fellows, which may include lecturing and mentoring in our various educational programs, embracing culture of excellence and innovation, and have interest in clinical scholarship within the Department.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This position is full or part-time, 50%-100%
- This position requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campus work location.
- This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years.
- Applicants for this position will be considered for the following titles: Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, Clinical Professor. The title is determined by the experience and qualifications of the finalist.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide psychological care for adult, child, and/or adolescent patients, including: provide care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, service on appropriate department and medical school committees, and participate in other department teaching activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and teach psychiatric residents, psychology interns and medical students.

COMPENSATION
Negotiable, 12 month

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PhD - must have successful completion of training in relevant field of study.
- WI license by start date of position.
- Must be eligible for enrollment as a billing provider and for all necessary hospital privileges, by start date.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of clinical experience in the treatment of psychological disorders.
- For an appointment at Associate Professor or Professor rank on CT track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CT track.
Education
PhD in clinical psychology required; certification in the field and licensure to practice clinical psychology in Wisconsin is required.
